This was my first car and I'm glad to say it was with CIA. The whole crew was tremendously helpful. Caleb was very awesome and understanding with my mom and I. Not only Caleb, but Jesse, Parker, and even the owner himself, Cliff, were delightful. Not only as salesmen but as people. So grateful for them all. Brought my 2021 Acura TLX in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was completed in a timely manner, the engine bay was kept clean and no drips on the garage floor once I made it home. Price was much less than the dealership with equitable services provided.

I called CIA to see if they would do some exhaust work for me. I spoke to Robbie. He was more than happy to help me but for my specific issue, he recommended I call a different shop that specialized in that kind of work to see if they would be able to help me. If not, CIA would be happy to take my business. I called the shop, and they were willing to do the work for a far better price than I've been quoted elsewhere. Even though CIA did not get my business this time, that kind of honesty will get my future business. Thanks again.
